Captain Brent Paul, the Commander of NAVFAC NW, will be providing a briefing on the NAVFAC NW SIOP Program and the 5-Year Infrastructure Backlog being tasked for his organization. This will include an overview of the SIOP program, what has worked well and areas of improvement, a discussion of alternative delivery methods for his construction portfolio, current and projected challenges he foresees in delivering his baseline mission, and the capacity issues his organization is facing and ways industry can help mitigate these.
